 We will explore the art of listening through the wisdom of t
 heatre\, counselling techniques and the wisdom of our own bodies which can
  carry tension\, stress\, memory\, other’s pain – we can learn from th
 e body’s wisdom by becoming aware of what the body holds and the deeper 
 knowledge it can offer. Participants do not need to have any training / ex
 perience in any of these approaches – just a willingness to become bette
 r listeners\, in order to be able to better listen to God\, to each other 
 and to our own selves and benefit our lives and those we encounter. Becaus
 e of the nature of the topic explored\, on this event\, participants will 
 be asked to join in with discussion and work with others.&nbsp\;
